I don’t just drive marketing strategy and brand development. I know that multiple channels mean better customers. I connect the dots by delivering customer-centric experiences across multiple touchpoints, providing customers with a seamless shopping experience, whether they're shopping online from a desktop or mobile device, by telephone, or in a brick-and-mortar store.

Brand Development and Marketing Strategy are my strengths, and CX is my superpower. I know a thing or two about how customers shop and how we want them to shop. I use insights to create actionable plans that deliver a positive, valuable, differentiated customer experience—no matter the customer touchpoint. Whether it’s online or in-store, B2C or B2B, I am a master at creating a cohesive voice that forges an emotional connection with customers, meeting them with the right message at each step in their shopping journey.
I’m also detail-oriented and extremely organized which makes Project Management a breeze. I’ve managed budgets in excess of $8M a quarter and teams both large and small, virtually and in-person. My favorite thing to do is look at the big picture and figure out how to enhance the total customer experience. And, if that means getting my hands dirty or learning a new skill, I’m all in.
